The Gusty Wind Autumn Barn Party

We had a barn party October 15. First we dressed the horses up in costumes. Then we played some games. In one game the kids had to guess what Peek A Boo had taken on her vacation with her friend Jola. Then we played a horse breed identification game. Last we had a pot luck dinner. What fun!

Kathleen's New Horse

Congratulations Kathleen for getting a new horse! Her new horse is named Jazz. He is 7 year old half Thoroughbred and half Andalusian gelding. He is trained in Dressage and has a good start jumping.

Barn Party Scheduled for October 15-3:30 pm

The barn party will be an opportunity for the Gusty Wind students and boarders to dress up in costumes and ride the horses (horse must have costumes too!). Then we will be having a Pot Luck dinner. Please eat your lunch because it takes us a while to get to the eating part.

Anyone who would like to get the Gusty Wind Acres logo on a shirt or other garment, please let management know. The availability is being extended until Wed of this week. You provide the garment..we provide the silk screening--cost $6.00/garment.
